Husky Terminal in Tacoma is offering a hoot gate Wednesday morning from 3 to 7 a.m. in addition to its normal business hours. All empties for ONE, YML and Hapag-Lloyd will be accepted during the hoot gate only as long as they are part of a dual transaction.
