Truck drivers accessing our terminals are required to provide the following information and/or equipment to pick up import cargo or empties, deliver exports or drop off empties.

Information required for all transactions

• TWIC card
• Valid driver’s license
• Truck license plate number and state of registration
• Truck company name and SCAC Code
• Truck/tractor weight in pounds (e.g. 18,000 lbs)
• Trailer/chassis /flatbed weight in pounds (e.g. 9,000 lbs) – include the weight of Genset if it is your own.
• Clean Truck registration  (RIFD tag in Seattle, sticker in Tacoma)
• PPE (safety vest)

Additional information required based on transaction

Import pick up:

• Master / BL number
• Container number
• Pin number  (T46, Husky, OCT)
• Release number  (T18/T30)
• Check container availability pre-arrival to terminal

Empty drop off:

• Container free of cargo and trash
• Old placards removed from outside of container

Export delivery:

• Booking number
• Seal number
• Reefer cargo: Commodity, temperature settings
• Check if vessel is open for receiving pre-arrival to terminal

Empty pick up:

• Booking number or release number
• Steamship line
• Equipment type:  20’, 40’, 40’ HC, 45’ reefer
• Reefer cargo: Commodity, temperature settings

Chassis:

• Match the correct chassis for the move: TPNP, DCLI or SSCO
